About HUNI:

Bounded by I-25, Speer Blvd., Federal Blvd. and 38th Avenue, the Highland neighborhood is home to more than 7,000 households.  Highland United Neighbors, Inc. (HUNI) represents the Highland neighborhood to the City and County of Denver.

The HUNI Vision: "Highland United Neighbors, Inc. is a Registered Neighborhood Organization comprised of volunteers from the public, private and business sectors, committed to the mission of the Highland community and dedicated to furthering its goals."

The HUNI Mission: "The Mission of HUNI is to facilitate consistent and responsible communication among Highland neighbors and the community at large, to improve the quality of life for its residents, organizations and businesses and to provide advocacy and promotion for our community."

With the opening of the Highland Bridge, Highland is now reunited with the central Platte Valley and downtown Denver, creating a unique urban center that is unparalleled in its offering of unique architecture, eclectic residents, restaurants, shops and services.
